At SloanyCo we clear with care and aim to provide a soft touch when it comes to transforming spaces. Let us remove the mental lift and create a path forward leaving you with a clear space and clear mind.

Our rates start at $100/hr (minimum of 3 hours) and are priced based on number of rooms and level of care needed. We use these factors to determine the number of man hours need to complete the job. Number of rooms do not include garages, basements, attics, storage spaces, sheds, etc and are priced at $400 per space.

Customer is responsible for dumpster rental. SloanyCo can also coordinate dumpster rental (at customer’s expense) for $75.
