$100/hr (Minimum 4 Hours)

Daily Rate: $500/day for minimum of 6 hours worked per day. Daily rate applies when work exceeds 8 hours on initial day.

Tier 1 - All items are removed to establish a storage solution and organized.

Tier 2 - All items are removed to establish a storage solution and organized.

Tier 3 - All items are removed, categorize and pared down to establish a storage solution and organized.

Daily Rate: $500/day at a minimum of 6 hours worked per day starting at 3 days. Junk removal fee of $300 will apply if items to be discarded are not able to be disposed of on site.

Deposit will be based on time required to complete work - ½ of total payment. (non-refundable and will be added to your total price upon completion of project).
