Sometimes spaces become unintentional dumping grounds for items that have not yet found a place in your home. Let’s sift through them to determine what stays and what goes while we create a functional system to maintain your space.

We provide a soft touch when it comes to sorting through your things. Let us alleviate the mental lift to create a path forward and provide you with a clean view of your things. The power is in your hands to determine what is needed and no longer needed. We specialize in sorting by function rather than plain category to allow you to place items where you need them.

Total space revamps take a minimum of 3 days to complete. We remove all items, categorize them and work with the client to determine which items they would like to maintain and which items they would like to discard. From here we have the tools ready to establish a storage solution and organized.

Daily Rate: $500/day at a minimum of 6 hours worked per day starting at 3 days. Junk removal fee of $300 will apply if items to be discarded are not able to be disposed of on site.

Deposit will be based on time required to complete work - ½ of total payment. (non-refundable and will be added to your total price upon completion of project).
